Emma’s journey in the industry began in 2003, when she worked as a P.A to a regional director, managing P&L’s and handling Ombudsman complaints. In 2004, she expanded her role to include mortgage packaging and chasing offers. The following year, she became a sales negotiator, arranging viewings, managing diaries, and delivering feedback to clients. In 2006, she took on the role of sales manager.
In 2009, Emma entered the world of lettings and developed her knowledge of all aspects of legislation, accounts payable, dealing with maintenance concerns and preparing tenancies. In 2011, she ran a portfolio of 196 files and trained an apprentice tenancy manager. In 2016, she became the head of property management and after growing her team was responsible for three staff members.
In 2017, Emma assisted with a company rebrand and became the branch manager, responsible for six staff members and overseeing sales, lettings, and property management. In 2022, she started her own estate agency business within the Havering, Essex area.
